In order for us to ensure successful delivery please ensure the following:
-Your social media account must be set to public
-Please make sure you entered the correct social media username
-Please make sure you did not change your social media username before the completion of the order
-Please ensure the account or post is still in existence and was not deleted
-Please make sure the video or post meets the social media network’s guidelines and has not been deleted
-Please wait 24 hours for the order delivery to be completed
If there has been an issue with your order being delivered, please contact our support team who will assist you further at email@example.com.
On a rare ocassion, the social media networks may delete accounts that users mark as spam. When this happens, follower counts may drop across all social media network accounts. If your experience drops within the first 30 days of the purchase, please contact us and we will refill your followers according to our free refill policy.
Our followers are delivered from genuine social media networks and accordingly we cannot remove or transfer them once delivered. If you wish to remove selected followers, then this can be handled by blocking each individual user from your follower list.
You may go ahead and purchase any of our packages as many times as needed however your orders must not go over 100,000 followers or likes or other services within a 30 day time frame.
Please be rest assured that we are discreet and protect your privacy.
The delivery period is entirely dependent on the services you ordered. We look to commence the delivery after a period of a few days post the purchase. Where larger orders may be placed, these are executed over a time period for example buying a million YouTube views.
You may cancel your order if we have not commenced the delivery, please contact us immediately as once the services have commenced, cancellation is not possible.
You are permitted to run multiple campaigns as long as you do not exceed over 100,000 followers or likes for the same social media network.

Yes, if there are large quantities involved then please reach out to our team who will provide you with a bespoke quote – you may reach them at email@example.com.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us indicating the status of the order once it has been completed.
